The Challenge: building an employer branding campaign, as the client’s focus of the year was the engineering part.
The Idea: send a message into the stratosphere. Expect more than great engineering. Together with space engineers, we created a video starring client employees to induce the mindset that you can do things out of the ordinary.
The Results: 36626m altitude, a national record for the raise. Ads of The World mention. Empowering the employees to be proud and motivated for their work for Ness. It raised the national awareness of the brand.
